临涣选煤厂高盐循环水对选煤设备腐蚀实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用中性盐雾加速腐蚀试验研究临涣选煤厂不同金属设备在高盐循环水条件下金属腐蚀量与腐蚀时间的规律,将3种典型材料Q235、高铬钢和不锈钢的腐蚀加速实验结果代入海洋环境腐蚀寿命模型经验公式,拟合的相关系数r均大于0.9,说明选煤厂高氯离子环境腐蚀与海洋大气腐蚀有相同的腐蚀发展规律,同时其拟合方程中指数B的值趋向于1,可以在一定程度上认为高氯离子环境中的腐蚀与海水腐蚀具有相同的规律,即腐蚀量与腐蚀时间近似满足线性关系,符合海洋环境腐蚀寿命模型的机理。研究可以指导选煤厂的防腐和安全生产。 Using the neutral salt spray accelerated corrosion test to study the metal corrosion amount and corrosion time of different metal equipments in Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant under the conditions of high salt circulation water,the accelerated corrosion test results of three typical materials Q235,high chromium steel and stainless steel substituted into the empirical formula of the marine environment corrosion life model,the fitted correlation coefficients(r) are all greater than 0.9,indicating that the high chloride ion environmental corrosion in the coal preparation plant has the same corrosion development law as the marine atmospheric corrosion,and the index in the fitted equation the value of B tends to 1 and it can be considered to a certain extent that the corrosion in a high chloride ion environment has the same law as that of seawater corrosion,that is the corrosion amount and the corrosion time approximately satisfy the linear relationship,which is consistent with the mechanism of the marine environment corrosion life model.Research can guide anticorrosion and safe production in coal preparation plants.
