本文将乡土建筑与身份认同形成问题相联系,关注价值并叩问何种价值与为谁的价值。强调(乡土建筑的)使用价值、审美价值和文化价值对两组使用者——利益相关者和局外人均至关重要。而工作方法的选择与价值的认定相关,山西省平遥县侯冀村的案例研究,则展示了所述方法的使用。该项目名为“中国山西省平遥地区历史村落能源效率提升”,由挪威研究理事会资助,旨在探索学习(乡土建筑)知识,以有助该地区传统院落的保护与现代化使用。项目由东南大学和挪威科技大学研究人员组成的三个团队并行工作,一支负责研究历史建筑的保护和更新工作;一支关注当地居民的日常生活、记忆和未来需求;一支研究院落舒适度与建筑性能。除提出一些详细建议外,总体建议是寻找空置建筑院落的新用途。
Linking vernacular architecture to the question of identity formation,the article is focusing on values,asking what kind of values and values for whom.Use,aesthetical and cultural values are emphasised as crucial for two groups of users,stakeholders and outsiders.Selection of work methods are linked to the identified values.The case,Hou Ji village,Shanxi Province,demonstrates the employment of the described methods.The research project is aiming to gain knowledge,which may be used when conserving and modernising traditional courtyards in the region.The project,named“Energy efficient upgrading of historical villages in Ping Yao area,Shanxi province,China”,was financed by the Norwegian Research Council.Three groups,manned by researchers from South East University and The Norwegian University of Science and Technology,worked in parallel.One dealing with conservation and refurbishing historical buildings,the second with daily life,memories and future needs of local population,the third on comfort and building performance of the case study courtyard.Besides detailed recommendations,the overall advice is to find new use of the empty building volumes of the courtyards.
