村镇类文物保护单位保护规划编制的实践与探索--以子长安定堡为例

Practice and Exploration of Conservation Planning for Cultural Heritage Protection Units of Villages:Taking Anding Fortress as an Example

本文通过对我国现有文化遗产分类特点的分析研究,创新性提出村镇类文物保护单位的概念,并将其与一般文物保护单位就保护规划的编制进行对比研究,总结出村镇类文物保护单位共有的突出特征,以及编制保护规划时需要优先考量的重点。同时,以陕西子长安定堡为例,从文物保护、环境整治、展示利用等几个方面,深入阐释了村镇类文物保护单位保护规划的编制。

Through the analysis and study on the classification of different types of cultural heritage,this paper proposes a notion of Cultural Heritage Protection Units of Villages and Towns.Compared with the general conservation plans on other type of listed heritage,the paper summaries the common features of cultural heritage villages as the listed protection units,and some needed priorities when making conservation plans.At the same time,taking An'ding Fortress as an example,the paper demonstrates how to make conservation plans for the Cultural Heritage Protection Units of Villages and Towns from the aspects of cultural heritage preservation,environmental management,presentation and utilization,and so on.
