平遥侯冀村侯家大院乡土民居的困境与重生

The Predicament and Revival of Vernacular Dwellings in HouJi,Pingyao

随着我国现代化、城镇化转型进程中社会经济条件的变化,不少地区城乡差距进一步拉大。农村作为人口输出地区,面临着农业产业发展乏力、环境问题突出、农村空心化等诸多社会问题,乡土建成遗产的生存空间被不断挤压。类如平遥侯冀村等众多乡土聚落在这样的背景下,呈现出与时代割裂的生存现状。如何从专业视角介入,回应上述问题与挑战,激发乡土建筑及其住居空间的活力,成为该类型乡土建成遗产的保护与活化利用面临的首要问题。本文通过田野调查、实地访谈,对平遥侯冀村的整体格局、侯家大院的建筑遗产价值及院落特征等内容进行了探究分析,挖掘了侯冀村面临的困境与成因,并尝试提出相应的解决方案。

With the advance of social and the development of economy,the disparity between city and country has becoming larger and larger.As a population exporting area,rural areas are faced with many social problems such as weak agricultural industry,serious environment problems,rural hollowing.The living space of vernacular built heritage is being squeezed continuously,great amount of vernacular village like Houji fall into the predicament that separating from the modern times.The prime problem in protection of vernacular built heritage is how to stimulate the vitality of vernacular architecture with professional perspective.This paper tries to analyse some aspect of Houji village and Hou's courtyard like the evolution of its structure;the science value of its architecture and found the causes of its predicaments,put forward some methods to solve those problems by field research..
