遗产保护视角下济南高新东区小龙堂村乡土建筑特征与价值评价

An Evaluation on Characteristics and Values of the Vernacular Architecture of Xiaolongtang Village in Eastern Gaoxin District of Jinan City from Perspective of Heritage Conservation

小龙堂村位于正在建设中的济南高新东区巨野河森林湿地公园西侧,紧邻公园西入口和由此通向北入口的规划道路,是公园规划绿地的一部分。村内原住民已全部迁离,村子正面临被拆除的厄运。文章以遗产保护的视角审视小龙堂村乡土建筑,对其选址与布局、建筑制式与风格、建筑材料与结构、建筑构造与工艺、建筑装饰与雕刻进行了研究分析,总结了小龙堂村乡土建筑特征,并从历史价值、艺术价值、科学价值、文化价值、社会价值和活化利用价值六个方面对小龙堂村进行了价值评价,以期保住、留住小龙堂村,使其免遭灭失之灾,进而为小龙堂村的后续活化利用提供学术指引,也为济南地域乡土建成遗产研究与保护利用以及国内乡土建成遗产评价体系的完善提供案例资料。

Xiaolongtang Village is located at the western side of the Juye River forest wetland park of Eastern Gaoxing District of Jinan City.Adjacent to the west entrance of the park and the planned road leading to the north entrance,it is part of the park's planned green space.All the original residents have moved out of the village,and the buildings in the village are facing demolition.Based on the perspective of heritage conservation,this paper focuses on the vernacular architecture of this village and its environment,analyzes the characteristics of the vernacular architecture of the village from several aspects which are the site selection and layout,building form and styles,building materials and structure,construction pattern and craftsmanship,decoration and carving,and summarizes its historical value,artistic value,scientific value,cultural value,social value and the adaptive use value,in order to protect and retain Xiaolongtang village so that it can avoid the threat of demolition.It also provides academic guidance for the subsequent adaptive use of Xiaolongtang village,and provides case data for the research and conservation and utilization of Jinan local built vernacular heritage and the establishment of the evaluation system of domestic built vernacular heritage.
