城市住区边界的空间实态研究--以北京为例

The Status Quo of Neighborhood Edge:Beijing as a Case

住区边界是城市中普遍存在的一类空间要素,承载着住区与住区、住区与城市其他空间之间的界定与交流的重要功能,同时与居民生活品质非常紧密。住区边界因其自身具有的差异性、边缘性、模糊性等属性,一直以来在城市建设管理、规划管控、城市设计与住区涉及中缺乏足够的关注。在日益关注城市空间品质的背景下,住区边界的重要性凸显。本文通过实地调研和地理信息分析,从空间形态、功能角度对北京市住区边界的使用进行实态调查,探究住区边界对城市空间活力的贡献,为提高城市空间品质提出相关建议。

The neighborhood edge,as one kind of common elements in the city,marks the boundary between neighborhoods and public spaces,and is closely connected to residents'living quality.Due to its variability,marginality and ambiguity,the neighborhood edge has long been neglected from the perspective of construction management,urban planning and urban design.However,the trend of quality development has shed light on the important role neighborhood edge plays in urban space.This paper examines the status quo of neighborhood edge in Beijing from the formal and functional views,and then reveals the influence they have on city activity and offer advice to the improvement of space quality.
