促进文化产业发展的融资支持政策研究——基于国内外比较的视角

Financing support policies to promote the development of cultural industries--A comparative study between home and abroad

在经济结构调整和产业结构升级的背景下,文化产业近年获得了良好发展机遇并保持了持续增长的势头,但融资难、融资贵等问题依然是文化产业发展亟待解决的关键性问题。文章分析了我国文化产业融资的现状和主要问题,结合美国和韩国的文化产业模式提炼出可借鉴的有益经验,结合我国文化产业发展的经济背景和现实国情,从加大政府支持力度、建设多元化产业融资渠道和提升企业自主创新动力三个层面提出了解决文化产业融资问题的相应对策。

In the context of economic restructuring and industrial structure upgrading,the cultural industry has gained good development opportunities and maintained the momentum of sustained growth in recent years.However,the problems of financing difficulties and expensive financing are still the major problems to be addressed urgently in the development of cultural industry.This paper analyzes the objective status quo and the main problems of the financing development of China′s cultural industry,and draws the proven experience that can be used for reference from cultural industry models of the United States and South Korea.Finally,by combining the economic background and national conditions of the development of China′s cultural industry,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the three levels of the government,the industry and enterprises.
