摘要 电梯作为高层建筑的垂直运输工具,作用突显,电梯的安全性尤为重要,但随着高层建筑数量的不断上升,电梯运行故障日益增多。本文以采用可编程控制器的电梯系统为研究对象,从电梯控制方式和机械结构出发,分析电梯事故的各种运行状态,探寻事故原因。同时,通过模拟电梯限速器安全事故,调整实际电梯结构和运行状态,提出了创新性的电梯制停机械系统设计方案。 As a vertical transportation tool for high-rise buildings, the role of the elevator is prominent, and the safety of the elevator is particularly important, however, with the rising number of high-rise buildings, elevator operation failures are increasing. Taking the elevator system using a programmable controller as the research object, this paper started from the elevator control method and mechanical structure, analyzed various operating states of the elevator accident, and explored the cause of the accident. At the same time, an innovative design scheme of the elevator stopping and mechanical system was proposed by simulating the safety accident of the elevator speed governor, adjusting the actual elevator structure and operating state.
