金山区蒲泽塘项目施工涉及枫泾西北部三个圩区,该工程涉及九条河道,分为六个标段,沿线有23 km堤防需要加高加固,36座支河口泵(水)闸、涵闸需要拆除重建,受同期施工影响,其间存在较多的矛盾和问题。当前,有必要通过前期研判,紧密协调各标段进度,采取科学有力的管控措施,最终实现项目管理的预期目标。
