黄芪颗粒联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的效果观察

Effect of Huangqi granule combined with insulin aspartate in the treatment of gestational diabetes

目的观察分析黄芪颗粒联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的效果。方法选取本院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的72例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=36)。对照组患者在常规治疗的同时,给予门冬胰岛素注射液进行皮下注射0.5~1.0 U/kg,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合黄芪颗粒口服治疗。分析比较两组患者的血糖、血脂水平及临床疗效情况。结果治疗后,观察组血脂及血糖水平改善情况明显优于对照组,且血糖达标时间、胰岛素日使用量明显更低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(94.44%vs.72.22%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪颗粒联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病能够明显改善患者的血糖及血脂水平,减少胰岛素日使用量,缩短血糖达标时间,具有较好的临床疗效,具有重要的临床价值,值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Huangqi granule combined with insulin aspart on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 72 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).Patients in the control group were given insulin aspartate injection 0.5-1.0 U/kg subcutaneously at the same time of routine treatment.Patients in the observation group were given Huangqi granules on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose and blood lipid levels of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the improvement of blood lipid and blood glucose in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the time of blood glucose reaching the standard and the daily use of insulin were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.44%vs.72.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi granule combined with insulin aspartate in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the blood glucose and lipid levels,reduce the daily use of insulin,shorten the time of blood glucose standards,with good clinical efficacy,it has important clinical value,worthly of promoting.
