血管内皮细胞功能与冠心病缺血急性发作的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮细胞功能与冠心病缺血急性发作的相关性。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的冠心病缺血急性发作患者50例为发作组,另选取同期非急性发作患者50例为对照组。分别在发作时、治疗后1、3、5 d抽取两组患者静脉血并检测血内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,分析相关性。结果发作组患者发作时血ET-1均明显高于对照组,而NO和SOD均低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着治疗时间延长,ET-1、NO和SOD呈现动态性变化,其中ET-1在治疗后3 d开始下降,而NO和SOD在治疗5 d后开始明显升高,各时间点比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管内皮细胞功能与冠心病缺血急性发作相关,且随着病情进展,呈现动态性变化,提示血管内皮细胞功能变化可能是冠心病患者预后的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial cell function and acute ischemic attack of coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 50 patients with acute coronary ischemic attack were selected in our hospital as attack group,and 50 cases of patients without acute onset were selected as control group at the same time. The relevance of 1 day, 3 days and 5 days after treatment extraction in patients with venous blood and detect blood endothelin 1(ET-1), nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were analyzed. Results Blood et-1 in the acute ischemic attack group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while NO and SOD were lower than in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). With the extension of treatment time, ET-1, NO and SOD presented dynamic changes, among which ET-1 began to decline 3 days after treatment, while NO and SOD began to increase significantly5 days after treatment, with statistically significant difference at each time point(P<0.05). Conclusion The function of vascular endothelial cells is related to acute ischemic attack of CHD, and it presents dynamic changes as the disease progresses, suggesting that the function of vascular endothelial cells may be one of the important factors for the prognosis of CHD patients.
