腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月本院收治的62例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。两组患者均给予腹腔镜手术治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者实施孕三烯酮治疗,观察组实施诺雷德治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的87.10%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清性激素四项指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组患者血清性激素四项指标水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组妊娠率为22.58%,高于对照组,观察组复发率为6.45%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢巧克力囊肿给予腹腔镜手术联合诺雷德药物治疗,临床治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with drugs on ovarian chocolate cysts. Methods A total of 62 ovarian chocolate cyst patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery, patients in the control group were treated with gestrinone,and observation group was treated with norded. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%, which was higher than 87.10% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum sex hormone levels of the two groups of patients were statistically difference(P<0.05). The pregnancy rate in the observation group was 22.58% after treatment, which was higher than the control group, and the recurrence rate was 6.45%, which was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with Norad drug treatment in patients with ovarian chocolate cysts has significant clinical effects and high clinical application value.
