高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效分析

Effect analysis of early avascular necrosis treated by bone grafting through high fenestration of femoral head-neck

目的研究高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月在本院接受治疗的早期股骨头坏死患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组实施小切口减压植骨支撑术治疗,研究组采用高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术治疗。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和Harris评分。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和Harris评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用高位股骨头颈开窗植骨支撑术治疗早期股骨头坏死能有效恢复患者的髋关节功能,且安全有效。

Objective To study the effect of the bone grafting through high fenestration of femoral head-neck in the treatment of early avascular necrosis. Methods From January 2015 to December 2018, 60 cases of early avascular necrosis who treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by decompression and bone grafting with small incision, while the observation group was treated by bone grafting through high fenestration of femoral head-neck. Compared the operation time,bleeding amount, hospital stay and the Harris score between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage, hospitalization time and Harris score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high femoral head and neck fenestration and bone grafting in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis can effectively restore the hip joint function of patients, and it is safe and effective.
