PBL联合EBM教学方法在急诊卒中中心实习中的教学作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)+循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)教学模式在急诊胸卒中中心实习生中的教学作用。方法选取2017年和2018年来本院急诊卒中中心实习的临床实习生90名为研究对象,其中2017年实习生为对照组[n=44,施以传统授课模式(lecture-based learning,LBL),2018年实习生为观察组(n=46,施以PBL+EBM教学模式)。对两组实习生进行考核和课后问卷调查。结果观察组理论成绩、实践成绩均优于对照组,且观察组实习生对授课内容的兴趣、理解更优,更能掌握查找文献的能力。结论PBL+EBM教学模式可提高实习生在急诊卒中中心的学习效率,值得推广。 Objective To study the teaching effect of PBL+EBM on the interns in the emergency chest stroke center.Methods 90 clinical interns from the emergency stroke center of our hospital were selected as the research objects in 2017 and 2018,among which the 2017 was the control group(n=44,applying LBL teaching mode),and the 2018 was the observation group(n=46,applying PBL+EBM teaching mode).Two groups of interns were assessed and investigated by questionnaire after class.Results The theoretical and practical results of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the interns in the observation group were more interested in the teaching content,better understanding,and better ability to find literature.Conclusion PBL+EBM teaching mode can improve the learning efficiency of interns in emergency stroke center,and it is worth popularizing.
