摘要
线圈是变压器的核心,是变压器中的电路部分,本文介绍的分层式半匝连续式线圈属于饼式线圈的一种(这种线圈属于饼式线圈中的连续式线圈,但是在绕制半匝时同一匝数是分别绕制在两个线饼上,半匝部位相当于轴向上分开并联,类似于一种分层绕制形式,只是局部绕制方式,但不属于层式线圈,是连续式线圈的一种新的绕制方式和变体形式),此种结构有利于线圈结构的紧凑化、小型化。分层式半匝连续式线圈与普通连续式线圈的不同之处在于,分层式半匝连续式线圈通常是由2n根并联导线绕制,它的半匝(或称为0.5匝)并不是连续式线圈延圆周绕制一半,而是在绕制半匝导线时将2n根并联导线分为n根分别在两组线饼上绕制一圈(局部并联导线排列方式由叠绕变为并饶,如图1中第7匝所示),绕制方法较普通连续式线圈难度大,易发生错误和质量问题。
The coil is the core of the transformer and the circuit part of the transformer.The layered half turn continuous coil introduced in this paper belongs to a kind of pie coil,which is conducive to the compact and miniaturization of the coil structure.The difference between the layered half turn continuous coil and the ordinary continuous coil is that the layered half turn continuous coil is usually wound by 2n parallel wires.Its half turn(or 0.5 turn)is not the continuous coil winding half along the circumference,but the 2n parallel wires are divided into N on two groups of wire cakes when winding the half turn wires The winding method changes from overlapping to parallel,as shown in the 7th turn in the electrical schematic diagram of the number of turns in Figure 1).Compared with the common continuous coil,the winding method is more difficult and prone to errors and quality problems.
