摘要
某电厂三期工程(2×600 MW)采用八角切圆风扇磨煤机超临界燃煤锅炉。机组RB功能设计为由CCS(协调控制)进行判断运算,在CCS系统和FSSS系统中进行执行。当机组重要辅机发生故障时,机组出力受到限制,系统快速返回到一个新的能量平衡状态。机组RB动态试验表明,机组能够实现各项设计功能,满足机组快速、稳定减负荷的要求。
A supercritical coal-fired boiler with octagonal tangential fan pulverizer is used in the third phase of a power plant.RB function of the unit is designed to be judged and calculated in CCS(coordinated control)and executed in CCS system and FSSS system.When the important auxiliary equipment of the unit fails,the unit output is limited,and the system returns to a new energy balance state quickly.RB dynamic test shows that the unit can realize all design functions and meet the requirements of rapid and stable load reduction.
