已建输电线路的防风偏闪络性能改造方案分析 被引量:1

摘要 作为电能传输的主要通道,输电线路是电力系统的重要组成部分。输电线路的安全稳定运行,直接影响电力系统是否稳定和用户用电是否可靠。近年来,广东沿海地区受到多个强台风袭击,已建输电线路的风偏闪络事故对沿海电网的正常运行造成了严重影响。通过对架空输电线路风偏闪络的原理分析,针对已建输电线路的技术特点,分析常用改善防风偏闪络性能措施。最后,通过已建输电线路的防风改造实例进行抗风性能分析,通过多个改造方案对比,有效提高输电线路的防风偏闪络性能。 As the main channel for power transmission,transmission lines are an important part of the power system.The safe and stable operation of transmission lines directly affects the stability of the power system and the reliability of user power.In recent years,Guangdong's coastal areas have been hit by several severe typhoons.Wind-biased flashover accidents on existing transmission lines have severely affected the normal operation of coastal power grids.This paper analyzes the principle of wind-biased flashover of overhead transmission lines,and analyzes the commonly used measures to improve the performance of wind-shielded partial-flashover based on the technical characteristics of existing transmission lines.Finally,the wind-proof performance analysis of the existing transmission line is carried out to analyze the wind-resistant performance.Through comparison of multiple transformation schemes,the wind-proof partial flashover performance of the transmission line is effectively improved.
