摘要
本文对深圳供电局所辖的户内110 kV少年宫变电站的主变散热片顶部油温过高及主变室内侧气温高的问题进行分析,排除总体通风量不足的因素,确定主变室内侧空气流通性差,换气效率低为主要原因。针对主变室内侧空气流通性差的问题,本文提出一种变压器室风道改造的方法,改造后主变室内侧换气效率显著提升,主变散热片顶部油温过高及主变室内侧气温高问题得以解决。
This article analyzes the problem of excessive oil temperature at the top of the main transformer heat sink and indoor air temperature inside the main transformer of the 110kV Juvenile Palace Substation under the jurisdiction of Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau.The factors of insufficient ventilation are determined to determine the indoor side of the main transformer.Poor air circulation and low ventilation efficiency are the main reasons.Aiming at the problem of poor air circulation inside the main transformer,this paper proposes a method for transforming the air duct in the transformer room.After the transformation,the ventilation efficiency inside the main transformer is significantly improved.The problem of high temperatures was resolved.
