三相交流1140 V/660 V自适应直流逆变弧焊机的原理分析

摘要 交流1140 V/660 V自适应逆变弧焊机,适应于煤矿专用电压等级。该机经过防潮防尘处理后,使电焊机在一定的环境下具有较高的使用稳定性。该焊机采用了脉冲宽度调节PWM控制逆变后波形的占空比,从而改变输出电流大小的控制。整流回路主要由整流桥堆构成,将三相1140 V的电源进行整流变换成脉动的直流;滤波回路是由40μF的无极性电容完成滤波;逆变回路由控制和功率器件IGBT构成,其中控制回路又由电流调节、电流显示、过流保护、欠压保护、电流反馈及电压反馈构成。 AC 1140 V/660 V adaptive arc welding machine,suitable for the special voltage grade of coal mine.This machine after moisture-proof and dustproof treatment,so that the welder in a certain environment has a higher stability.The welder adopts pulse width to adjust the duty cycle of the waveform after PWM control,so as to change the control of the output current.The rectifying circuit is mainly composed of rectifying bridge stack,which converts the three-phase 1140 V power supply into pulsing dc.The filter circuit is filtered by a non-polar capacitor of 40 F.The inverter circuit is composed of control and power device IGBT,in which the control circuit is composed of current regulation,current display,overcurrent protection,undervoltage protection,current feedback and voltage feedback.
