摘要
从我国疫情发生的频率和此次新冠肺炎疫情造成的严重后果来看,后疫情时代“食育”已不是个人“私事”,而成为牵涉到公共利益与安全的“公事”。长期以来,国人存在不良的饮食习惯和饮食文化,缺少对大自然生态平衡的维护。基于教育制度学独特视角,有必要去思考中国现有的“食育”制度是否真正贯彻落实到国民的教育过程中,在这个提倡“五育融合”的教育新时代,更有必要将“食育”与德智体美劳教育贯通起来,培养有高度生命意识和尊重自然规律的时代新人。
Judging from the frequency of the epidemic in China and the serious consequences caused by COVID-19,“food education”is no longer a“personal affair”,but a“public affair”involving public interests and safety in the post-epidemic era.For a long time,Chinese people have had bad eating habits and food culture,and done poorly in maintaining the ecological balance of nature.Based on the unique perspective of educational systematology,it is necessary to think about whether China’s existing“food education”system is truly implemented in the process of national education.In this new era of education,which advocates the“integration of five-aspect education”,it is even more necessary to reconstruct the education system which combines“food education”with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,so as to cultivate new people with high life consciousness and respect for the laws of nature.
