北京市三级医院医护人员腰痛患病率调查及相关因素分析

Investigation on the prevalence of lumbago among medical staff in Beijing tertiary hospitals and analysis of related factors

目的调查北京三级医院临床医护人员腰痛的患病率及分析相关因素。方法采取横截面研究,面对面问卷调查及查体获得原始数据,采用SPSS 22.0对数据进行统计学分析。结果489例医务人员接受调查,402例出现腰痛,患病率为82.4%,女性患病率(84.7%)高于男性(73.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从来不参加体育活动的人出现腰痛的人数比例(86.1%)高于参加体育锻炼的人数比例(1~2次/周:76.1%;3~4次/周:74.3%;>5次/周:50.0%);差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);过去一年出现过腰痛的研究对象每天站立工作时间(4.85±3.21)h高于未出现腰痛人员(3.48±2.66)h,其差异有统计学意义。结论北京三级医院医护人员腰痛的患病率高,腰痛与站立时间、性别有关,女性患病率高于男性,教育程度和体育锻炼是腰痛的保护性因素。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of lumbago and analyze the related factors among medical staff in Beijing tertiary hospitals.Me thods The cross-sectional study,face-to-face questionnaire survey and physical examination were used to obtain the original data,and SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Re s ults Among the 489 medical workers surveyed,402 had lumbago,with a prevalence rate of 82.4%.The prevalence rate of women(84.7%)was higher than that of men(73.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of lumbago occurrence among people who had never participated in physical activities(86.1%)was higher than that among people who had participated in physical exercise(1~2 times/week:76.1%;3~4 times/week:74.3%;>5 times/week:50.0%);The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study subjects with lumbago in the past year stood for(4.85±3.21)h per day,which was longer than(3.48±2.66)h among those without lumbago,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclus ion The prevalence of lumbago is high among medical staff in Beijing tertiary hospitals,which is related to standing time and gender.The prevalence is higher in women than in men,and education and physical activity are protective factors for lumbago.
