2015-2018年上海地区成年女性HPV感染基因型别分析

Genotype analysis of adult female HPV infection in Shanghai from 2015 to 2018

目的分析上海地区成年女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况及基因型别分布特征。方法收集2015年1月至2018年12月在华东疗养院健康体检且进行HPV分型检测的上海地区女性体检资料,纳入分析的研究对象有12104例。结果HPV感染的有2137例,感染率为17.7%,其中高危型、低危型和高低危混合型感染率分别是12.9%(1567例),2.9%(345例)和1.9%(225例),高危型的HPV亚型基因感染率由高到低分别是52、58、16、53、51、68、66、59、56、18、33、39、31、35、45、82、73;低危型HPV感染率由高到低分别是81、43、42、6、11、83;各年龄段HPV感染出现两个高峰,第一个出现在≤29岁组,为18.8%;30~69岁各组阳性率呈上升趋势,60~69岁组感染率最高,达到21.4%;所有年龄段中≥70岁组感染率最低为12.4%;在所有感染中,单一感染构成比为75.1%,高危的单一型为主59.9%,合并感染构成比为24.9%。结论上海地区成年女性HPV感染以高危的单一型别为主,常见的6种高危型是52、58、16、53、51和68型,不同年龄段存在差异。

Objective To analyze the status of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and genotype distribution in adult females in Shanghai.Me thods Physical examination data of Shanghai females who underwent HPV typing test in East China Sanatorium from January 2015 to December 2018 were collected,and 12104 subjects were included in the analysis.Re s ults There were 2137 cases of HPV infection,with the infection rate of 17.7%.The infection rates of high-risk,low-risk and high-low-risk mixed types were 12.9%(1567 cases),2.9%(345 cases)and 1.9%(225 cases).The HPV subtypes of infection rates at high risk ranged decreasingly from 52,58,16,53,51,68,66,59,56,18,33,39,31,35,45,82 and 73 respectively,and the HPV subtypes of infection rates at low risk ranged decreasingly from low-risk subtypes were 81,43,42,6,11 and 83.There were two peaks of HPV infection in all age groups,the first was in the group of≤29 years old with the positive rate of 18.8%,the group of 30~69 years old was on the rise,the group of 60~69 years old was the highest,reaching 21.4%.The lowest infection rate was 12.4%in≥70 years old group.Among all infections,75.1%were single infection,59.9%were high-risk single infection and 24.9%were co-infection.Conclus ion HPV infection in adult females in Shanghai is mainly high-risk single type.The common six high-risk types are 52,58,16,53,51 and 68.There are differences among different age groups.
