探讨超声检查联合乳腺钼靶在早期乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值

To Explore the Application Value of Ultrasound Combined with Molybdenum Target in Early Breast Cancer Screening

目的:总结超声、乳腺钼靶联合检查对早期乳腺癌的筛查价值。方法:纳入2018年3月~2019年4月在本院筛查的120例早期乳腺癌患者作为观察对象,回顾分析不同患者应用乳腺钼靶检查、超声检查以及病理诊断的相关资料。结果:所有患者均经病理证实确诊,超声检查联合乳腺钼靶检查诊断准确率为94.17%(113/120),联合诊断高于单一诊断准确率;在<15mm病灶直径对应的病灶检出率方面,超声检查联合乳腺钼靶检查高于单一诊断方法(P<0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌筛查中,通过应用超声检查联合乳腺钼靶检查,既能够提高病灶检出率,同时也有利于更小病灶的检出,为乳腺癌患者的早期治疗干预提供依据。

Objective:To summarize the value of combined ultrasound and molybdenum mammography in screening early breast cancer.Methods:The research subjects selected 120 early breast cancer patients screened in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019,and retrospectively analyzed the relevant data of different patients using mammography,ultrasound and pathological diagnosis.Results:All patients were confirmed by pathology.The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound combined with mammography was 94.17%(113/120),which was higher than the single diagnosis accuracy rate.In terms of the detection rate of lesions corresponding to a lesion diameter of less than 15mm,Ultrasonography combined with mammography examination is higher than the single diagnosis method(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the screening of early breast cancer,the application of ultrasound combined with mammography can not only improve the detection rate of lesions,but also facilitate the detection of smaller lesions,and provide a basis for early treatment intervention for breast cancer patients.
