动态心电图检查老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心肌缺血和心律失常临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Detecting Myocardial Ischemia and Arrhythmia in Elderly Patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的:探讨分析动态心电图检查老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)心肌缺血和心律失常的临床价值。方法:纳入2018年1月~2019年5月在本院接受诊治的冠心病患者90例作为观察对象,按照随机抽签分组的方法对患者进行分组,抽取奇数的患者纳为此次研究的对照组,抽取偶数的患者纳为此次研究的观察组。对照组患者给予常规心电图,观察组患者进行动态心电图检查,观察两组患者心肌缺血阳性检出例数以及心律失常检出率。结果:对比两组患者心肌缺血阳性检出率,观察组患者37/45例(82%)优于对照组30/45例(67%),观察组患者心律失常阳性检出率中,观察组患者36/45例(80%)高于对照组28/45例(62%),P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的检查中应用动态心电图,可有效诊断心肌缺血和心律失常。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram in detecting myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods:Ninety patients were included as the object of this study.The inclusion period was from January 2018 to May 2019.All patients were treated for coronary heart disease in our hospital.The patients were grouped according to the random drawing method.The odd number of patients was selected as the control group for this study,and the even number of patients was selected as the observation group for this study.Patients in the control group were given conventional ECG,and patients in the observation group were examined by dynamic electrocardiogram.The number of positive myocardial ischemia detection and the rate of arrhythmia detection in the two groups were observed.Results:Compared with the positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the two groups of patients,37/45 cases(82%)in the observation group were better than 30/45 cases(67%)in the control group.The positive rate of arrhythmia in the observation group was observed.36/45 cases(80%)of the patients in the group were higher than 28/45 cases(62%)in the control group,all P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of dynamic electrocardiogram in the examination of elderly coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can effectively diagnose myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.
