腹腔镜技术在复杂性阑尾炎治疗中的应用

Application of Laparoscopic Technique in the Treatment of Complicated Appendicitis

目的:探讨腹腔镜技术在复杂性阑尾炎治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取本院62例复杂性阑尾炎患者,对照组实施传统的开腹手术:观察组实施腹腔镜技术治疗。结果:两组患者基本治疗情况方面比较,观察组患者手术时间、在院时间、术中出血量与术后排气时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在不适反应率方面比较,观察组为3.23%,对照组为25.06%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对复杂性阑尾炎患者实施腹腔镜技术效果理想,不仅有助于患者术后恢复,还可减少出血量,降低术后相关不适反应的发生,安全性可靠性强,符合临床需求。

Objective:To explore the application value of laparoscopic technique in the treatment of complicated appendicitis.Methods:62 patients with complicated appendicitis in our hospital were selected,and the control group underwent traditional laparotomy:the study group was treated with laparoscopic technique.Results:Compared with the basic treatment of the two groups of patients,the study group’s operation time,hospital time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative exhaust time were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The discomfort response rate of the two groups of patients was 3.23%in the study group and 25.06%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of laparoscopic technology for patients with complicated appendicitis is ideal.It not only helps patients recover after surgery,but also reduces the amount of body bleeding and the occurrence of postoperative related discomfort reactions,it has strong safety and reliability and meets clinical needs.
