输尿管导管持续引流在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石中的应用疗效观察

Application of Continuous Drainage of Ureteral Catheter in Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Under Ureteroscopy

目的:分析输尿管导管持续引流在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石中治疗效果。方法:选取2017年11月~2018年11月本院收治的68例结石位于输尿管的中上段患者作为观察对象,将68例患者随机均分为两组,各34例,对照组进行常规输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,观察组在输尿管导管持续引流下进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,对比两组的手术时长、结石的清除率、住院时间和并发症的发生率。结果:观察组患者的手术平均时长明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者结石的清除率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),两组的住院时间和并发症的发生率均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:输尿管导管持续引流在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石中治疗效果显著,能提高清除结石的效果,减少手术时间。

Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous drainage of ureteral catheter in holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2018,68 patients with stones located in the middle and upper ureter were selected as observation objects,68 patients were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each,and the control group underwent conventional ureteroscopy for holmium laser lithotripsy,the observation group was treated with ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy under continuous drainage of the ureteral catheter,comparing the operation time,stone removal rate,hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the two groups.Results:The average operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the stone removal rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the hospitalization time and complications of the two groups,there was no significant difference in rates(P>0.05).Conclusion:The continuous drainage of ureteral catheter in holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope has a significant effect,which can improve the effect of removing stones and reduce the operation time.
