摘要
目前大型进口医疗设备在我国各级医院的应用占比分量较重,很多大型进口设备已经成为医院的常规配置,先进的进口医疗设备为医生诊断病情提供了支持与帮助,但进口仪器发生故障后的维修保障工作仍存在许多问题。其中有关大型进口医疗设备维保服务的招标采购最为严重,生产厂商的维修部门、维修公司和医院之间就设备维修的质量、时间、效率和费用等拥有较大的矛盾与分歧。文章着重分析目前医院内大型进口医疗设备维修保障服务的招标采购过程中存在问题,同时提出一些措施与建议,为解决现有问题提供参考。
At present,the application of large-scale imported medical equipment in China’s hospitals at all levels is relatively heavy.Many large-scale imported equipment has become a routine configuration of hospitals.Advanced imported medical equipment has provided support and help for doctors to diagnose conditions,but imported equipment There are still many problems with maintenance support after a failure.Among them,the bidding and procurement for the maintenance of large imported medical equipment is the most serious.There are major contradictions and differences between the maintenance department,maintenance company and hospital of the manufacturer regarding the quality,time,efficiency and cost of equipment maintenance.This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the bidding and procurement process of large imported medical equipment maintenance and guarantee services in hospitals,and proposes some measures and suggestions to provide a reference for solving existing problems.
