新乡贤统战工作推动乡村振兴的实践和启示——以上虞新乡贤统战工作为例

统一战线是乡村振兴的重要法宝,乡村振兴为统战工作提供了新的领域。新时期统战工作将新乡贤群体作为其工作对象,开拓了新的工作局面。近年来,上虞统战在凝聚引导新乡贤推动乡村振兴方面取得了一定成效,通过对上虞新乡贤统战工作的案例分析,得出基层统战部门推动新乡贤助推乡村振兴,实现新乡贤工作和基层统战工作“互融共赢”,必须要处理好以下四对关系:官方与民间、传承与创新、“找出来”与“用起来”、制度与机制等关系。

Rural Revitalization provides a new field for the united front work,which is an important magic weapon for Rural Revitalization.In the new era,the united front work takes new country squires as its work object,opening up a new working situation.In recent years,the united front in Shangyu has made some achievements in guiding new country squires to promote Rural Revitalization.Through the case analysis of the unite front work of Shangyu,it is concluded that the grass-root united front departments should promote the work of new country squires to promote Rural Revitalization and realize win-win between the work of new country squires and the grass-root united front.The following four relations must be handled:official and folk,inheritance and innovation,finding and using,and system and mechanism.
