铁路行车安全事故分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Railway Traffic Safety Accidents

随着我国轨道交通技术的发展,铁路运输实现现代化。目前,国内高铁已经处于全球领先水平,极大方便了人们的出行。但是,从当前铁路行车情况来看,各种类型的安全隐患依然存在,给铁路行车的安全性带来较大影响。本文首先分析影响铁路行车安全的主要因素,即外界影响、设备因素、人为因素,然后针对性提出铁路行车安全的相关对策,如贯彻落实安全风险管理、加强铁路职工管理、提升铁路运输设备质量、构建安全保障系统。

With the development of China's rail transit technology,the railway transportation has been modernized.At present,domestic high-speed rail has been in the leading level in the world,which greatly facilitates people's trav el.However,from the current situation of railway traffic,various types of safety hazards still exist,which has a great impact on the safety of railway traffic.This paper first analyzed the main factors that affect the railway traffic safety,including external influence,equipment factors and human factors,and then put forward relevant countermeasures for railway traffic safety,such as implementing safety risk management,strengthening the management of railway staff,improving the quality of railway transportation equipment,and building a safety assurance system.
