205例新型冠状病毒肺炎病例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎的基本疫情特征,为防范新冠肺炎提供科学的依据和制定合理的防治措施。方法收集2020年1月至3月宜昌市第三人民医院收治并确诊病例其中的205例新型冠状病毒肺炎病人的流行病学史、临床特征、实验室检查结果、影像学结果等资料,建立数据库,进行回顾性分析。结果 205例确诊病例中平均发病年龄为(56.0±16.2)岁,前期以有武汉疫区接触史确诊病例为主,后以本地不明接触史确诊病例为主;大部分表现为普通型和轻症。通过统计学分析,年龄、性别、职业、接触史、与病情严重程度均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有无基础疾病与病情严重程度具有统计学意义(χ~2=31,P<0.05)。结论临床症状以发热咳嗽为主,重症病人与有基础疾病相关。降钙素原对病毒感染无参考意义,本次病毒致肺部炎症及胸膜肥厚粘连,乳酸增高是其特点,迄今为止,宜昌市疫情已得到控制,但日后的防控依然要有足够的重视。 Objective To explore the epidemic characteristics of Novel coronavirus pneumonia,so as to provide scientific basis for preventing new crown pneumonia and formulate reasonable prevention and control measures. Methods 205 Novel coronavirus pneumonia patients from January to March 2020 were collected in Yichang Third People’s Hospitalh. The epidemiological history,clinical characteristics,laboratory findings and imaging findings were collected.Results The average age of 205 confirmed cases was( 56.0±16.2) years old,and most of them had contact history in Wuhan epidemic area in the early stage,and most of them had unknown contact history in the local area. In the early stage,most cases were confirmed with contact history in Wuhan epidemic area.Conclusion The main clinical symptoms are fever and cough. The severe patients are related to basic diseases. Procalcitonin has no reference significance for virus infection. This virus causes pulmonary inflammation,pleural thickening and adhesion,and increases lactate. So far,the epidemic situation in Yichang city has been controlled,but the prevention and control in the future still needs to be paid enough attention.
