摘要
目的初步分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)家庭聚集性发病患者的CT表现。方法回顾性分析天津市第三中心医院2020年1月30日至2月10日发热门诊接诊并经由天津市专家组确诊的3组家庭聚集性发病的新冠肺炎患者(男4例,女3例),对其临床资料和CT表现进行分析。结果 3组家庭CT征象均符合典型新冠肺炎表现:两肺胸膜下多发磨玻璃密度影(ground-glass opacity,GGO),以胸膜下为著,伴或不伴肺小血管增粗。第1组,夫妻同时发病,首诊CT阳性,之后均确诊,第2组,妻子先发病,首诊CT阳性;丈夫后发病,首诊CT阳性,之后均确诊。第3组,夫妻同时起病,丈夫首诊CT阳性,妻子首诊CT阴性,复查CT阳性;丈夫弟弟症状不明显,首诊CT为阳性,三人均确诊。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎CT表现不尽相同,且与临床表现存在差异,对其正确认识,有利于提高对病例的诊断。
Objective To investigate the CT characteristics of COVID-19 patients with clustered in families. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the NCP patients( 4 males and 3 females) with clustered in 3 families admitted to Tianjin 3 rd Centre Hospital from January 30 to February 10,2020 and diagnosed by NCP experts Tianjin. The clinical data and CT findings were analyzed. Results The CT signs were consistent with typical manifestations in the three groups of families: multiple groundglass opacity( GGO),main under the pleura in both lungs,with or without thickening of small pulmonary vessels. In the first family,the spouses had the onset at the same time,the CT findings were positive and were confirmed COVID-19. In the second family,The wife had the onset early,the spouses were symptomatic,the CT finding was positive,and were confirmed COVID-19. In the third family,the spouses had the onset at the same time,the spouses was symptomatic,the CT finding of husband was positive. His wife the first CT result was negative,but the CT was positive 8 days later.The husband’s brother was asymptomatic and the CT results was positive,and all the three people were confirmed COVID-19. Conclusion There are differences in CT manifestations and clinical symptom between different COVID-19 patients. Correct understanding of the differences is beneficial to diagnosis.
