血液灌流联合阿托品治疗有机磷农药中毒临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Atropine in The Treatment of Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的分析血液灌流联合阿托品治疗有机磷农药中毒临床效果。方法我院2015年1月-2019年12月诊治的急性有机磷中毒患者(60例)作为观察对象,自由组合将其分为实验组和对照组,对照组30例,采取阿托品治疗,实验组30例,采取血液灌流联合阿托品治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组的总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(66.67%),P<0.05;实验组的并发症发生率(13.33%)低于对照组(46.67%),P<0.05。结论血液灌流联合阿托品治疗有机磷农药中毒临床效果确切,有效减少并发症发生情况,因此值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with atropine in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 60 patients with acute organophosphate poisoning diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with atropine. The experimental group Thirty patients were treated with hemoperfusion combined with atropine. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group(93.33%) was higher than that in the control group(66.67%),P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the experimental group( 13.33%) was lower than that in the control group(46.67%),P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with atropine in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is definite,and it can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
