强化护理干预对维持性血液透析高钾血症患者血钾水平的影响

Effect of Intensive Nursing Intervention on Blood Potassium Level of Hyperkalemia Patients in Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的分析在接受维持性血液透析治疗而出现高钾血症的患者当中,开展强化护理干预的相应效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年10月期间因接受维持性血液透析治疗而出现高钾血症的52例患者为对象,将入组对象随机均匀分成参照组(26例)及实验组(26例),参照组患者需接受常规护理干预,而实验组患者需要接受强化护理干预,对两组患者接受不同方式护理前后的血钾水平与生活质量情况进行观察,并分析两组患者出现的不良反应。结果实验组患者接受护理干预后的血钾水平明显下降且低于参照组,生活质量得分要高于参照组,且患者的护理满意度明显更高,出现其它不良反应的情况也要少于参照组,两组研究对象的主要数据进行分析后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于维持性血液透析治疗后出现高钾血症的患者,给予患者强化护理的效果会更好。

Objective To analyze the corresponding effect of intensive nursing intervention in patients with hyperkalemia after maintenance hemodialysis.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,52 patients with hyperkalemia due to maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The subjects were randomly and evenly divided into reference group( 26 cases) and experimental group( 26 cases). The patients in the reference group need routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the experimental group need intensive nursing intervention,and the patients in the two groups need different ways of blood potassium before and after nursing The level and quality of life were observed,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed. Results The level of blood potassium in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the score of quality of life was higher than that in the reference group,and the patients’ satisfaction of nursing was significantly higher,and the occurrence of other adverse reactions was also less than that in the reference group. The main data of the two groups were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with hyperkalemia after maintenance hemodialysis,the effect of intensive nursing is better.
