82例女性黄褐斑的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 82 Cases of Female Melasma

目的观察三种不同治疗方法对女性黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法将82例患者随机分为三组,A组27例口服血府逐瘀胶囊(2.4 g,每日2次)治疗;B组27例在A组基础上局部外用医用黄褐斑治疗贴敷料/液体敷料(前2周1天1次局部外敷,以后隔日1次局部外敷)治疗;C组28例在A组基础上局部外用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶(适量外涂于皮损处,2次/d,局部按摩皮损处3~5 min)。治疗8周进行疗效比较。结果 A、B、C三组的有效率分别为40.74%、74.07%、67.86%。A组与B、C相比,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=6.135,χ~2=4.076,P均<0.05)。B组和C组有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.258,P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊联合局部外用医用黄褐斑治疗贴敷料/液体敷料或重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗女性黄褐斑安全、疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of three different treatment methods for female melasma.Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into three groups. In group A,27 patients were treated by oral administration of Xuefuzhuyu capsules( 2.4 g,twice a day).On the basis of group A,27 patients in group B were treated with topical dressing/liquid for medical melasma treatment( topical dressing once a day in the first 2 weeks and topical dressing once every other day).On the basis of group A,28 patients in group C received topical recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel( adequate amount applied externally to skin lesions,twice a day,and local massage of skin lesions for 3-5 min).Efficacy was compared after 8 weeks of treatment. Results Respectively,the effective rates of the three groups were 40.74%、74.07%、67.86%. Compared with the effective rates of group A and B or C,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( χ~2= 6.135,P<0.05;χ~2= 4.076,P<0.05). There was no significant difference in effective rate between group B and group C( χ~2= 0.258,P>0.05).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu capsules combined with topical medical melasma dressing/liquid dressing or recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel is safe and effective in the treatment of female melasma.
