摘要
肾脏替代治疗中血液透析是重要的方式,高通量血液透析指的在常规血液透析期间将高通量血液过滤器应用于可控制容量的血液透析机上将有关治疗工作完成。研究指出,近几年的临床中,高通量血液透析是血液透析模式中新型的一种,与传统血液透析相比,此模式安全性、有效性更加理想,促使各类并发症的降低,如脂代谢紊乱、心血管疾病、透析相关性淀粉样病变、骨和矿物质代谢紊乱、肾性贫血等。本文对高通量血液透析临床研究进展进行综述,希望为临床血液透析治疗的安全性和有效性提供有力证据。
Hemodialysis is an important method in renal replacement therapy. High-throughput hemodialysis refers to the application of a high-throughput blood filter to a controlled volume hemodialysis machine to complete the treatment during routine hemodialysis. Study[1],in clinical in recent years,high flux hemodialysis( hd) is a kind of new type,in hemodialysis mode compared with conventional hemodialysis,this pattern is more ideal security,effectiveness,to reduce all kinds of complications,such as lipid metabolic disorders,cardiovascular disease,dialysis associated amyloid lesions,bone and mineral metabolism disorders,renal anemia,etc. This article reviews the clinical research progress of high throughput hemodialysis,hoping to provide strong evidence for the safety and effectiveness of clinical hemodialysis treatment.
