人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的术中护理研究进展

Research Progress of Intraoperative Nursing in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in the Elderly with Total Hip Replacement

人工全髋关节置换术(THR)是目前临床治疗老年股骨颈骨折最常用治疗手段之一,主要利用生物型假体重建稳定关节,以恢复老年患者关节运动功能,减轻疼痛,具有良好应用效果。但老年患者因自身多伴有心血管、呼吸及内分泌系统相关疾病,故其手术风险较高,且术后易发生诸多并发症,影响手术效果,因此临床行THP时需做好心理、静脉通道、麻醉、体位、保暖、输液与输血等相关护理措施。本文现就既往THP治疗老年股骨颈骨折的术中护理措施作一综述,旨在为临床护理提供参考。

Total hip arthroplasty(THR) is one of the most commonly used methods in the clinical treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. It mainly uses biological prosthesis to reconstruct and stabilize the joint,so as to restore the joint movement function of the elderly patients,reduce the pain and have good application effect. However,the elderly patients are often associated with cardiovascular,respiratory and endocrine system related basic diseases,so the operation risk is high,and many complications are easy to occur after the operation,which affect the operation effect. Therefore,the clinical THP needs to do a good job in psychological,venous access,anesthesia,posture,warmth,infusion and blood transfusion and other related nursing measures. This article reviews the nursing measures of THP in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly,in order to provide reference for clinical nursing.
