基于风险评估策略下分层护理对髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及并发症的影响

Effect of Stratified Nursing Based on Risk Assessment Strategy on Hip Function and Ccomplications of Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

目的探讨基于风险评估策略下分层护理对髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及并发症的影响。方法选择髋关节置换术治疗的患者132例,随机分为两组,对照组66例予以常规护理干预,观察组66例予以基于风险评估策略下的分层护理干预,比较两组髋关节功能、术后并发症情况。结果干预后,较对照组相比,观察组Harris评分高,并发症发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术患者围术期采用基于风险评估策略下分层护理干预可有效改善髋关节功能,减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of stratified nursing based on risk assessment strategy on hip function and complications of patients undergoing hip replacement. Methods 132 patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into two groups. 66 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,66 patients in the observation group were given stratified nursing intervention based on risk assessment strategy,and the hip function and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the Harris score of the observation group was higher and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion Stratified nursing intervention based on risk assessment strategy can effectively improve the function of hip joint and reduce complications.
