摘要
文章立足用户视角,采用混合方法,归纳总结学术社交网络用户的使用动机与功能采纳的要素集合并形成量表。采用问卷调查方法搜集用户使用动机与功能采纳数据,基于此分别提炼相应特征类型。最后,对使用动机特征与功能采纳特征之间的关联展开分析。揭示学术社交网络用户的使用动机和功能采纳的要素构成、特征类型及两者之间的关系。研究发现,学术社交网络用户的使用动机特征类型包括利他动机、知识获取动机、社交关系动机、社区认同动机、声誉动机,功能采纳特征类型包括信息搜寻功能、资源交流功能、自我展示功能、人际互动功能。学术社交网络的用户使用动机对具体功能采纳具有一定影响。
Based on the perspective of users,this paper uses a hybrid method to summarize use motivation,function adoption factors and form the scales.Questionnaire survey method is used to collect use motivation,and based on which corresponding feature types are extracted.Finally,the relationship between the features of use motivation and function adoption is analyzed.This paper reveals the components,feature types and the relationship between the use motivation and function adoption of academic social network users.The feature types of academic social network users’motivations include altruistic motivation,knowledge acquisition motivation,social relationship motivation,community identity motivation and reputation motivation.The feature types of function adoptions include information search function,resource exchange function,self-display function and interpersonal interaction function.Academic social network users’motivation is related to function adoption.
