我国分级诊疗认知实证调查研究现状的分析

Research status of the empirical studies on cognitions of hierarchical medical system in China

目的了解我国分级诊疗认知实证调查研究的发展情况、趋势。方法以我国学者在CNKI、维普、万方中文期刊和毕业论文系统中发表的328篇文献为分析对象,利用文献计量分析、内容分析等方法对文献的数量、来源、作者及地域分布、基金支持、关键词等进行分析。结果分级诊疗认知调查发文数量增长明显,关注度不断加强;成果质量相对较高,基金支持较多;但是,核心作者群体尚未完全形成,不同地域关注度与研究水平仍有较大差异,研究内容仍有待深化。建议:持续加强对分级诊疗及其认知状况研究的支持,并逐步深化、扩展研究对象和内容,力争形成较好的认知研究队列。

Objective To know about the development and trend of researches on cognitions of hierarchical medical system in China. Methods A total of 328 research literature selected from CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang Data Resource System were used as objects. And the number, source, author, geographical distribution, fund support and key words of the papers were analyzed by bibliometric analysis and content analysis. Results The number of publications about cognitive survey of hierarchical medical system has increased significantly, and the attention to it has been strengthened continuously. The quality of the research results is relatively high, and many researches are supported by various funds. However, the core author group has not been formed, the degrees of attention and research levels in different regions are still quite different, and the research contents still need to be expanded. Conclusions Efforts need to be made to strengthen the support for the study of hierarchical medical system and the cognition of it, to gradually expand the research objects and contents, and to form a better author group for the cognitive research.
