摘要
Teaching reflection is an effective way for teachers to improve teaching quality.But now many schools don't know enough about it and ignore it.The article discusses the importance of teaching reflection,the status quo of teaching reflection and its impact,and proposes strategies to improve the reflection ability of mathematics teaching in ethnic colleges.
