福建某含伴生铜萤石矿选矿工艺研究 被引量:1

Study on beneficiation process of associated copper and fluorite bearing ore from Fujian

摘要 针对福建某含伴生铜矿物的矿石性质特点,确定了弱磁除铁-铜硫混浮-铜硫分离-硫化矿尾矿萤石浮选的工艺流程回收铜、萤石。经矿石分析发现,该原矿中黄铜矿、萤石多属于中细粒嵌布,且伴生铜多与磁铁矿连生,拟采用磁浮联合工艺在较低的选矿成本条件下对各目的元素进行综合回收。通过药剂制度优化,使用廉价、高效的药剂组合分别浮选获得铜精矿、萤石精矿。全流程闭路试验获得铜精矿含Cu 20.17%、Cu回收率为74.18%,萤石精矿含CaF296.56%、CaF2回收率为83.23%的选矿指标。 According to the characteristics of an associated copper bearing ore from Fujian,the process flow was determined involving low-density magnetic separation for deironing,mixed flotation of copper and sulfur,separation of copper and sulfur,flotation of fluorite from sulfide tailings in sequence.Mineral analysis results showed the chalcopyrite and fluorite in the ore were mostly medium fine grained,and the associated copper mostly intergrew with magnetite,therefore the combined process of magnetic separation and flotation was determined to comprehensively recover all the elements at low beneficiation cost.After the optimization of reagent system,economical and efficient reagent combination was applied to the flotation to obtain copper concentrate and fluorite concentrate.Full process closed-circuit test produced the copper concentrate with copper content of 20.17% and Cu recovery rate of 74.18% as well as fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content of 96.56% and CaF2 recovery rate of 83.23%.
