儿童入学准备的深度与广度变革——基于生命全程发展观的视角 被引量:2

Depth and Width of Children’s School Readiness Transformation:Based on Life-span Development Perspective

摘要 基于生命全程发展观的视角看儿童入学准备,需要在深度和广度上进行变革.在深度上,应当侧重儿童能力的提升,重视发展儿童健全的人格,认识到入学准备是长期持续的过程,注重儿童的过程体验.在广度上,应当促进儿童的多元发展,重视多方力量的共同参与.未来应当寻求学制上的贯通与教学内容上的有效衔接,引导利益相关方共同参与儿童的入学准备,变革教学观念和评价方式,以生命全程发展观启迪民众. Children’s school readiness based on life-span development needs to be transformed in depth and width.In depth,focus should be put on increasing children’s ability,developing their healthy personality,understanding it is a long term process,and children’s experience in the process.In width,focus should be put on promoting children’s all round development,and joint participation of all parties.In future,it is important to reform the educational system and effectively integrate the teaching contents,encourage all parties to participate in children’s school readiness,change educational ideas and assessment methods,and inspire people with life-span development perspective.
