摘要
本文基于诺丁斯关怀理论审视幼儿园教师专业道德现状,发现存在幼儿园教师专业道德错位、忽视幼儿园教师专业道德的特殊性等问题,建议幼儿园教师专业道德培养应当重视以关怀为基础的幼儿园教师专业道德建设,建设以关怀为内容的职前幼儿园教师专业道德培养课程,注重以关怀为核心的职后幼儿园教师专业道德培训与反思.
Based on Noddings’caring theory,this study reviews kindergarten teachers’professional ethics and found there exist some problems such as mismatch of professional ethics and neglect of its particularity.It is suggested that the cultivation of kindergarten teachers’professional ethics should focus on the construction of professional ethics based on care;care should be the content of ethics cultivation;and care should become the core for in-service teachers’professional ethics cultivation and reflection.
