摘要
本研究通过梳理幼儿园新教师职业适应的相关研究文献,总结了幼儿园新教师职业适应的特点、影响因素、提升策略,建议未来幼儿园新教师职业适应研究应当着眼于新教师的现实需求,积极寻求社会支持,加强研究的科学系统性.
By reviewing relevant literature,the author summarizes the researches on new kindergarten teachers’vocational adaptation from the aspects of characteristics,affecting factors,and strategies for improvement.In the future,researches should focus on the actual needs of new teachers,social support,and systematic research should be strengthened.
