摘要
为了验证振动参数对于液压振动挖掘的影响,对液压振动挖掘试验平台进行黄土土壤的试验研究,以振动频率、振动幅度及挖掘速度为试验因素,并分析试验中振动参数与挖掘阻力之间的变化关系,然后应用Design Expert 8.0.6软件对试验数据进行处理,并获得土壤的最佳振动参数为:振动频率11.99 Hz、振动幅度4.69 mm、挖掘速度4 L/min,并得出影响挖掘阻力的顺序为振动幅度,其次为挖掘速度,最后为振动频率。
In order to verify the effects of vibration parameters on hydraulic vibration mining,in this paper,we take vibration frequency,vibration amplitude and mining speed as test factors to test loess soil on the hydraulic vibration test platform.and analyze the relationship between vibration parameters and digging resistance in the experiment.Then,we apply the Design Expert 8.0.6 software to deal with test data,and get the optimal vibration parameters of the soil as follows:the vibration frequency is 11.99 Hz,the vibration amplitude is 4.69 mm,and the excavation speed is 4 L/min.Finally,we conclude that the order of affectting the excavation resistance is vibration amplitude>excavation speed>vibration frequency.
