摘要
弹射杆操纵系统是弹射型舰载机的关键系统,影响飞机起飞成功。以固定翼无人机为研究对象,设计了一套液压收放弹射杆系统,介绍了弹射杆操纵系统的组成、功能及工作原理,系统结构简单。在AMESim平台上建立液压源及弹射杆收放系统仿真模型,模拟了无人机机上往复车对弹射杆施加的载荷,对系统功能和性能进行了仿真,分析了泄漏对弹射杆收放性能的影响,通过仿真验证弹射杆收放过程的平稳性及快速性,系统设计合理有效,满足设计要求。
The ejection rod control system is a critical system of carrier-based aircraft,which influences the take-off of aircraft.We take unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)as the research object and design a structurally simple hydraulic ejection rod control system,and then expound the composition,function and principle of the system.By building the system model on the AMESim software,we simulate the load applied by the shuttle of UAV on the ejection rod and analyze the influence of leakage on the performance of the ejection rod,and finally verify the smoothness and quickness of the ejector rod retraction-extension process.The results show that the system is reasonable and effective and meets the design requirements.
