摘要 以中铁六局承建的唐山二环路上跨津山铁路等既有铁路立交桥转体施工为例,在梁体重量大、纵横向不对称、不平衡力矩大所需称重顶力大和布置千斤顶空间受限情况下,通过先理论配重再称重的方式以降低称重顶力。在桥梁三侧受铁路影响、一侧受斜拉索影响的情况无法采用大型吊车垂直运输配重材料的情况下,通过选择水作为配重材料,既满足了配重要求,又达到了快速经济便捷的目的。工程实践取得了良好的效果,对同类桥梁转体称重配重施工有较强的借鉴意义。 With the rotation construction of the existing railway flyover of the 2nd Ring Road in Tangshan contracted by the 6th Bureau Group of the State Railway Corporation of China spanning the Jin-Shan Railway as a practical example,and in the circumstances of the facts that the beam bodies are great in weight,longitudinally and transversely asymmetrical,the unbalancing moment is great so that it needs a large jacking force,and the clearance for arranging jacks is limited,the weighing is preformed first theoretically and then practically so as to reduce the weighing jacking force.As the bridge is going to be affected by railways on three sides and by the stay cable on one side,in which case large cranes can not be used vertically to transport the weighing materials,water is chosen as the weighing material,which meets the requirements not only for weighing but also for the aims of being quick,economical and convenient.The weighing techniques adopted for this project achieve very good effects in engineering practice,owing to which they may serve as a powerful reference for the weighing construction of other similar bridge projects.
