高速铁路特殊岔枕模具设计

摘要 为解决特殊岔枕预埋件精确定位问题,进行了高速铁路特殊混凝土岔枕模具设计。分别从预埋件留设方式、结构受力承载方式以及岔枕预应力放松方式进行研究,设计的该模具适用于多种特殊岔枕生产,解决了牵引点部位岔枕及安装密贴检查器岔枕预埋件精确定位问题,实现了单根张拉和整体放张的工艺要求,避免了模具受力变形,保证了张拉的准确性和放张的均匀性及放张速度要求。 In order to solve the problem of precisely positioning embedded parts of special bifurcations,the design of molds for special concrete bifurcations of high-speed railways is carried out.The research is performed respectively from the angle of the retention mode of embedded parts,the load-bearing mode of the structure and the relaxation mode of the pre-stress of bifurcated pillows.The molds finally designed are applicable to the production of a variety of special bifurcation pillows,with the problems of low positioning accuracy of embedded bifurcation pillows that are to be installed at the traction point and accurately positioning the embedded parts of the bifurcation pillows when the inspection equipment is closely fixed solved.Thus,the technological requirements for the tensioning of a single wire and the overall tensioning are both realized,with the deformation of the mold under the action of forces avoided.And the accuracy of the tensioning,the evenness of the tensioning and the requirements in the tensioning speed are all ensured.
