摘要 某上跨津山铁路桥需拆除重建。全桥长33.04 m,桥型为1×20 m简支T梁,上部横向布置9片T梁,单片重量约206 kN。制定的拆除方案为:先拆除桥梁附属结构,然后将每片T梁单独固定在桥台上,再拆除梁与梁间的纵横向联系,最后用大型吊车将梁片吊离桥位,装到平板车上运至指定地点。介绍了相关施工技术,顺利完成拆除工作。拆除施工最大特点:将大吨位混凝土结构化整为零,采取支撑和加固措施保证铁路营业线施工的安全。 A certain bridge spanning the Jin-Shan Railway has to be demolished and re-built.The whole bridge is 33.04 m in length,consisting of the structure of 1×20 m simply-supported T-shaped girder with 9 T-shaped beams laterally arranged for the superstructure,each of which is about 206 kN in weight.The demolition scheme worked out for the bridge is as follows:all the structures attached to the bridge will be demolished first,then each of the T-shaped beams will be respectively fixed onto the abutment,after which the inter-beam longitudinal and lateral connections will be removed.Finally,large-type cranes will be used to lift the beams away from the bridge and loaded onto the platform trailers,and transported to the designated place.Introduced in detail in the present paper are the corresponding techniques adopted for the demolition construction,which is smoothly completed.The greatest characteristic of the demolition lies in breaking up the large concrete structures into small ones,with supports and other consolidating measures adopted to ensure the safe construction of the railways in operation.
