制浆工艺对浆液结石体力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以1:25烧料礓石改性土为制浆原材料,研究水灰比、土体初始含水率、搅浆速度、搅浆时间和二次搅浆时间间隔等制浆工艺对浆液结石体力学性能的影响,分析不同制浆工艺试样在浸水和冻融循环工况下的强度变化.结果表明,制浆工艺会显著影响浆液结石体的微观结构,进而影响结石体的力学性质,浸水和冻融循环工况使得浆液结石体力学性能总剧下降,两种工况下试样强度随制浆工艺的变化趋势与原状试样的变化趋势基本一致.分析了主要影响浆液结石体力学性质的关键因子,优化了制浆工艺. The 1:25 burnt vermiculite modified soil was used as a pulping raw material to study the watercement ratio,initial soil moisture content,pulping speed,pulping time and secondary agitation pulping process,and to analyze the deterioration of strength on different pulping samples under water immersion and freeze-thaw cycles.The study showed that the pulping process significantly affected the microstructure of the slurry stone,which in turn affected the mechanical properties of the stone body.The water immersion and freezing and thawing environments caused the mechanical properties of the slurry stone to drop sharply.Besides,the strength changing with the pulping process was the same as the original sampie.The key factors affecting the mechanical properties of the slurry stone were analyzed and optimize.
